1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup canola oil
10 ounces pumpkin puree (1 heaping cup)
1 cup Killer Pecans, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray one 9” X 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Add the oil, pumpkin and pecans and mix well. The batter will be quite thick.
- Spoon into the loaf pan and bake for 1 ½ hours or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Serve and enjoy!
